WHAT IS OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100?

The "Confidence in Textiles" label shows that product is free from harmful substances and it was successfully tested according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.  

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent test and certification system for all types of textiles tested for harmful substances from threads and fabrics to the ready-to-use items that you can buy in the shops.

Is the colour of the original rug the same like on the pictures?

On the images we are showing rugs in the daylight. There could be a small difference in colour shades, because the colour you see on the screen may vary from the actual colour due to various monitor calibrations. Also, the colour changes depending on where you have a rug in your house a.i. under daylight, artificial white light, luminescent light etc. All our pictures of rugs are made in a studio with studio lighting.

Edges of rugs

All rugs have overlock (finished) on 2 sides. 

Overlock is a border around the edges of a rug.The overlocking goes around the entire length of carpet, giving it a neat, stylish appearance. Alos this prevents fraying.

How will product be packed?

We aim to provide you with the best, fastest and cheapest delivery options, so for that reason all items above the size 120x170 cm are being shipped folded in protective boxes. Smaller sizes are rolled.

May I cancel my order?

All orders can be canceled within 15 minutes, after this they are processed. After dispatch cancelation is impossible, because the rug will be on its way to you.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you missed a delivery, courier will automatically try to deliver your parcel again the next workday. If you missed it several times, the parcel will be left at your local office (depot) of carrier company, where you can pick up it. Please, contact them in this case.

May I change address of delivery?

Yes, but you have to do it before the item is despatched. If it is already on its way we can not change shipping address or cancel the order.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

It is not possible to give an exact time and date when your order will arrive, but you can check estimated day using tracking number we provide. Please, note we don't have direct control over delivery. Usually delivery is from 8am to 7 pm during workdays.

If you need express delivery, please contact us before to order and we will check if it will be possible for the size and model of the rug you want.

We offer a 30-days return policy.

We will accept the return of any rug that the customer wishes to return due to Personal reason.

If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Before we accept the return of any item the customer must contact us and receive authorization for the return. All return applications must be made within 30 days of the customer receiving the rug.

Item must be returned in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item, we will issue a FULL REFUND.

Buyer pays for return postage.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it in 3-7 days after dispatch. 

We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery. 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, 
then it is down to us to issue either a full refund or replacement. 

We do not ship Outside of Mainland UK with our standart delivery. If you want an order is shipped to Jersey, Guernsey and i.e. (other islands), please contact us before to order and we can provide a shipping cost to your place.
